Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (the UHB) is a Smoke Free Health Board. Smoking is banned across all of the UHB sites. Staff are therefore not able to smoke in the hospital grounds or on any other UHB premises.

Clinical Pharmacist - Mental Health

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist to join our patient-focused and progressive Mental Health Pharmacy Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in Hafan Y Coed and provide a clinical pharmacy service to the various mental health inpatient specialities as well as to our community mental health teams.  This will allow the development of deeper knowledge ,expertise, clinical and non-clinical skills under the direction of our experienced lead practitioners.

If you have, or expect to gain your post-graduate pharmacy diploma this year, join us to embark on a new challenge, with the opportunity to influence the future direction of mental health pharmacy services.
