Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (the UHB) is a Smoke Free Health Board. Smoking is banned across all of the UHB sites. Staff are therefore not able to smoke in the hospital grounds or on any other UHB premises.

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM UNTIL 31ST JULY 2021 DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist, or pre-registration pharmacist registering this summer, to join our forward thinking, innovative team based at the Pharmacy departments, University Hospital of Wales and University Hospital Llandough.
Our Pharmacy directorate provides a leading edge pharmaceutical service to patients including automated dispensing and pharmacist-led clinics and is supported by a strong technical team. The directorate is committed to the development of all pharmacy staff and the successful candidate would gain a broad experience of hospital pharmacy in preparation for further professional development opportunities (e.g. post-graduate clinical pharmacist qualification) when they present.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
