We are seeking an experienced, committed and dynamic mental health nurse to perform a pivotal role in our Mental Health Services for Older People Directorate. As our Nurse Lead Practitioner you will provide expert clinical leadership and guidance across our community, crisis and in-patient services. You will be responsible for developing clinical pathways that ensure safe, effective and compassionate care for older people with functional mental health conditions and with severe cognitive impairment. You will be responsible for a small team of Clinical Nurse Specialists and carry a caseload that will reflect your own clinical interests.
This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to the ongoing development of Mental Health Services for Older People in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan: we look forward to hearing from you.
