The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is pleased to invite applications for the post of Principle Data Warehouse Analyst within the Business Intelligence Team. The Business Intelligence Team manages the Health Boards BI software and corporate data warehouse.
The post-holder will be technically responsible for the management and development of the data warehouse and a development programme to add, enhance and improve the efficiency of multiple ETL processes. The post-holder will also work closely with the Business Intelligence Team to provide technical data and application support.
To be considered for the position you will have an IT based masters level degree or equivalent relevant experience. As well as possessing the specialist knowledge and skills required for the role you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to plan, manage projects and train others effectively.
The post is based at Woodlands House in Cardiff. However due to the ongoing pandemic the majority of Informatics staff are currently working remotely. This is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Welsh language skills are desirable
