Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced individual to support the implementation of the Dental Reform Programme and help drive forward the service improvement agenda for optometric services.


As a key member of the Primary Care Team you will support the delivery of patient centred, safe, effective primary healthcare services from dental and optometric practices across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

You will have an interest in healthcare delivery and ideally experience of working in contract management role with a track record of service development, change management and delivering projects to deadlines. You will support the Dental & Optometry Contract & Service Development Manager with implementation of the dental reform programme, contract management and long term strategic planning of dental and optometry services across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan for a population of circa 510,000. You will also support the strategic agenda for the Health Board, developing new models of care working in collaboration with key stakeholders
